One of the most common beauty problems is pimples. They appear when they shouldn’t be where they shouldn’t, so at a point that embarrasses us because they’re visible to everyone.

Avoid sugary foods and drinks. Soft drinks, candy, and other high-sugar foods promote inflammation, which can cause acne and scarring.

Herbal Skin Treatment
If you have pimples, try a herbal skin treatment. Mix a teaspoon of turmeric powder with a few drops of mint juice made from 3 mint leaves boiled in 1 cup of water. Apply the mixture to your pimples and leave it on for about 20 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat skin dry.
Another remedy is a mixture of fenugreek leaves and water. Apply to pimples and surrounding skin and leave on overnight while you sleep. When you wake up the next day, wash it off with warm water. This will help prevent new pimples from forming and get rid of existing pimples.
Treatments straight from your kitchen
Many of the tools to get rid of pimples or prevent them from forming can be found in your kitchen. If you have an inflamed and swollen pimple, you can put an ice pack on it. You can also mix equal parts honey and tomato juice and apply it on your face for about 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Pimples and the associated redness become less visible.
